The number of treatments needed for permanent hair removal varies for each individual and depends on several factors, including your hair's treatment history, duration of growth, and underlying causes. While some clients notice a reduction after just one session, results differ from person to person. We recommend beginning with a course of 6 treatments for optimal results.

We will examine the area to be treated, as well as discuss your medical history and any allergies you may have to understand if the treatment is suitable for you. A patch test is required to ensure your skin is suitable for the Alkaline Wash treatment.

Alkaline Wash can be applied to any facial area where the hair type and skin are suitable. It's ideally formulated for the fine, vellus hair commonly found on the face. While body treatments are also possible, only vellus (downy) hair on the body can be permanently removed or reduced. Terminal (coarse) hair can be temporarily removed but will regrow at its normal rate.

We recommend scheduling treatments every 2 weeks initially. After your first session, hair will likely regrow at its usual rate. However, as you progress through subsequent treatments, you'll notice the regrowth slowing down, allowing you to gradually extend the time between appointments.
